Green Gym Poster – Green Gym is a unique FREE scheme to help you become physically and mentally healthier by taking part in nature conservation activities to improve your local environment, such as woodland management, visiting nature reserves, and making pathways. As well as improving your health, you can meet new people, learn new skills and become more self-confident as you make a positive contribution to your local area. HOSPITAL TRANSPORT – new phone number
People who need help to travel to hospital appointments will be able to access the area’s non-emergency patient transport service through a new phone number from Monday 26 September.
- James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (including outreach clinics)
- Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health Partnership clinics
- Norfolk Community Health and Care clinics
The non-emergency patient transport service is available on 01493 453777 between 8.30am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays.

BEWARE OF OIL THIEVES
There have been oil thieves around again, apparently a number of homes on Barleycroft have had their tanks emptied. Please be aware of your own and your neighbour’s properties, you are advised to have locks fitted to your tanks. The vehicles used are either a white or a red van and they have the back windows obscured and the back number plate is covered over with mud. Call Police on 08454 564567 if you see anything suspicious.
